Seervi Samaj Mahasabha Karnataka(“we”, “us”) operates the Seervi Expo 2026 registration website (the “Site”). Contact: seervibusinessexpo@gmail.com.

When you register, we collect: full name, mobile number, email, gender, designation, organization, address (incl. pincode, city, state), payment proof (UTR / transaction ID), and exhibitor-specific details (company name, GST number, business category, logo).

To process your registration, issue your QR pass and ID card, send confirmation, verify attendance, and comply with applicable laws.

Only authorized event staff and the organisers. Service providers (payment gateway, email, WhatsApp messaging, hosting) process data on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.

Registration data is retained for up to 12 months after the event for record-keeping and analytics, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing seervibusinessexpo@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies (session, security). No third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the Site.
