Refund Policy

1. Session passes (₹1000 per day)
Once your Razorpay payment is successful, the pass cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may attend the session you booked.
2. Exhibitor stall bookings
Stall booking fees (Platinum / Gold / Silver / Normal) are non-refundable once payment is confirmed by the organisers, whether via bank transfer or any other mode.
3. Event cancellation by organiser
If the Event is cancelled by the organisers for reasons other than force majeure, refunds will be processed at the organisers' discretion. Force majeure events (natural disaster, government order, pandemic, etc.) do not entitle attendees to refunds.
4. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you accidentally pay twice, contact us within 7 days at seervibusinessexpo@gmail.com with your transaction ID. We will verify and refund the duplicate amount.
5. Exceptional cases

6. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
