By registering for Seervi Expo 2026 (“Event”) through this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register. Exhibitor registration is limited to members of the Seervi community operating B2B businesses.
2. Registration & badge
Your badge (digital QR + printed ID card) is personal and non-transferable. Misuse, transfer, or duplication will lead to immediate expulsion from the venue without refund.
3. Payment
Session pass payments are processed via Razorpay. Exhibitor payments via bank transfer require UTR submission and manual verification. All amounts are in INR.
4. Cancellations & refunds
All payments are non-refundable. For exceptional cases, see the Refund Policy or contact seervibusinessexpo@gmail.com.
5. Conduct
You agree to comply with the Event Rules & Regulations and follow instructions from organisers and venue staff at all times.
6. Liability
Attend at your own risk. Organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or third-party actions at the venue.
7. Photography & media
The Event may be recorded for promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image being used in event materials.
8. Modifications
Organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or format with reasonable notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tumkur, Karnataka.
