Please read carefully. By registering, you agree to abide by these rules.

    General Guidelines

    Stalls must be staffed during event hours. Maintain decorum at all times. Follow venue safety norms.

  2. 2.

    Stall Usage

    No sharing or subletting. Stall allotment is final once payment is verified. Stall sharing leads to expulsion without refund.

  3. 3.

    Setup & Dismantling

    Setup window: day before event. Dismantling must be completed within 4 hours of close on Day 2.

  4. 4.

    Branding & Display

    Branding restricted to stall boundary. No loudspeakers, megaphones, or audio bleeding outside stall.

  5. 5.

    Electricity & Equipment

    Single 5A point provided. Additional load must be requested 48h in advance with surcharge.

  6. 6.

    Security & Goods

    Organisers are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of goods. Exhibitors carry their own insurance if needed.

  7. 7.

    Prohibited Items

    No illegal goods, smoking, alcohol, political display, or content violating community standards.

  8. 8.

    Payment & Cancellation

    All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation requests handled at organiser's discretion. See refund policy.

  9. 9.

    Compliance

    All exhibitors must hold valid GST registration and produce documents on request.
